Commercial Property Paralegal – Brighton

Dawn Ellmore Employment are working with a leading law firm in Brighton who are seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

For this role you will need at least 6 months’ experience working as a Paralegal within a commercial department. Additionally, you will need great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. A Paralegal Qualification / Law Degree is required for this position.

Duties:

• Drafting commercial contracts, leases, deeds.
• Submitting Land Registry applications.
• Completing searches.
• Handling compliance.
• File management from start to finish.
• Preparing bundles.
