Fee-Earning Paralegal (Residential Conveyancing) – Norwich

We are working with a top-rate law firm in Norwich who are seeking a Fee-Earning Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.

Are you a suitable candidate? To be successful, you will need at least 3 years’ experience working as a Residential Conveyancer / Paralegal. Additionally, you will require a law degree and very strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing protocols. You will also need to possess good case management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

Duties:

• Handling residential conveyancing matters from beginning to end.
• Drafting important legal documents.
• Preparing appropriate correspondence.
• Communicating with clients.
• Dealing with enquiries from the parties concerned.
• Carrying out searches.
• Organising transactions upon completion.
• Maintaining accurate case files.
