Paralegal (Patents) – Scotland

We’re currently partnering with a well-established firm in Scotland that is looking to appoint a Patent Paralegal on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly regarded team, offering a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.

The successful candidate will have solid experience within patents, either as a Patent Administrator or Paralegal. While the CIPA qualification would be advantageous, it is by no means essential. What’s most important is a strong understanding of patent procedures, exceptional organisational skills, and a meticulous eye for detail, along with a professional and proactive approach.

The Role Will Involve:

• Assisting with patent prosecution matters.
• Supporting the full patent lifecycle.
• Working closely with Attorneys and senior colleagues to ensure smooth case progression.
