Trade Mark Attorney – Scotland

Our client is seeking a motivated qualified trade mark attorney (up to 7 years' PQE) to join their growing department due to a steady increase in workload.

The role will consist of handling a mix of non-contentious and contentious work for a variety of clients across a number of sectors, ensuring that your workload will be varied and interesting.

Candidates with business development skills, or an interest in getting involved in this area, will be looked upon favourably.
